[Xerte-dev] GitHub src folder

I put the src to the engine, wizard, and the transcript chunker in the src folder. What else from the Xerte repo needs moving into the github? Feel free to test you can push / pull files to the repo as well...

We're not ready to make the switch just yet, but when should we?
