I've seen a load of other mail on the subject, but I just make sure the encode settings are NOT DivX which is the default, but H264. It's not 'sticky' either, you have to set it each time,

Hi Julian,

I understand from Tom that you use FormatFactory for creating MP4 videos to use in Xerte.
I use FormatFactory also but I can't find the right settings :(
What settings do you use to create MP4 videos? Our MP4's are downloadable instead of streaming.
