Working for me in those 3 browsers too e.g. publish issue and media & quota
download and delete.
Try the Techdis /xot install Julian to eliminate local issues.

I'll check in Firefox. Did you clean the cache? Don't know why it wouldn't
work in Firefox. I mean, this is really simple trivial stuf.
