Highlight a project.
Click the preview button IN THE WORKSPACE

It worked fine if I preview from the wizard...

It's called form the wizard, see line 2373 for site, vs line 2432 for xerte.

You know this code better than I do.  The only difference I see, is the height and width are set in the case of Xerte.
