[Xerte-dev] Re: 1.9 stuff

I've only done limited testing of exports (worked for a basic one, and
the code isn't pretty).

I'd be happy for people to test it

I also had to make some changes to config.php - added a new block of
code in, I'd probably move that into a new library, but would sooner
discuss it first?
