I have now updated the code in the Xerte svn for templates.rlt so that it
supports the navigation options.
I changed things a little so that there is a script that is used as a
function that handles the enabling and disabling of the navigation buttons.
This should make it very straightforward to swap the calls to this script
for a call to a method in the engine, if you decide to move the
functionality into the engine.
