I know what happens, haven't had the time to fix it though:
Look at line 316 in website_code/php/properties/properties_library.php
The entry in the database doesn't say "Others", it says "Others followed by the URLS that are allowed, so you need to check on the prefix "Others", not the whole string "Others"
