I think if more was made of the fact that XOT can almost be a stand alone application using XAMPP then there would be no need for Xerte. When I first started looking at Xerte I went for the executable simply because I thought that setting up a server, configuring mysql etc would just be too much hassle to test it when in actual fact installing XOT using XAMPP is arguably just as fast...

Hi,
I'm still not entirely clear on how I best add a new optional property to a number of models in the xwd files. In the past I would have added them to the big xwd file, but I am not sure how I add them to small .xwd files and then create the big one.
Second related question: is there any point trying to maintain this link between xerte and toolkits? This is a good example of something taking me longer to do because of the backward compatibility than it needs to.
