there is voodoo here
It'sloded thrugh a text field positioned off the stage. I can never remember how it works, but there is a good resource somewhere on loading runtime fonts that explains it. More than once I've had to step through that code, with reference to that resource to remind myself just exatly what is going on. Being able to load fonts at runtime, created with swfmill into swfs, is the point to support embedded fonts at runtime. The solution is nasty.
Why do you ask?

Subject: [Xerte-dev] resources.swf
Hello,
Where is this loaded - can't find mention of it in preloader or xmlengine.swf?
Could someone please tell me which line in which file loads it?
Thanks.
Pat
