No it's the default index.php with the relevant authentication method
uncommented in config.php.
The only thing I had to change was adding a require path to the moodle
config file at the top of config.php even though the path is also in the
database as integration path. Without the path added to the top of config
there was something that wasn't working - can't remember exactly what off
the top of my head.

There are some moodle related text files in the svn that need to be deleted
as they aren't required now but I was going to do a final test and document
that once all the authentication code is finished. Sounds like it might be
now once ldap is tested until a future release.

are we using the moodle_integration.txt index.php on the current install?

This file is a derived from index.php and has non-internationalised stuff
in?
