I merged in and committed the changes (buttonNav, columnPage, jmol and title), youtube and youtuberss were alredy taken care of.
The only thing I noticed, is there seems to be an addition to columnPage. A header? That must have caused a cange to the .xwd , but I can't find that. Any idea about the timeframe on when that addition was done? I need to find the template.xwd where that change is in. Current live xot?

Thanks.
Then the models in the two folder should be *exactly* the same?
And the definitive set of files are those in pageWizards/models?

Subject: [Xerte-dev] Re: Proof of concept test
During the development of the new models I kept a folder in xerte svn/pageWizards called baseline. In this I have a set of the models from pageTemplates.
When I updated my svn I compared the pageTemplates models with the ones in the baseline so that I could detect any changes and implement them in my models. Then I copied across the updated files from the pageTemplates folder so that baseline was in sync again.
Since the beta release I had incorrectly assumed that changes would be made in the beta models, however this appears not always to have been the case.
It will not be easy to compare the models in the pageTemplates with the new models because there will be many changes showing in the comparison that are merely the fact that [0] has changed to [projPI].
However as far as I know the baseline files are up to date to the last time I did a comparison, so it should be possible to identify any changes in the pageTemplate version of the models and to implement those changes in the new models.
A quick comparison using winmerge shows the following files have been modified since my last check.
buttonNav
columnPage
jmol
title
youtube
youtuberss
I can compare the beta set of files with the pageTemplate set of files and ensure the changes get into the beta models.
Since we are heading for a situation in which pageTemplates based projects will be generated from the same set of models as are used by desktop Xerte, rather than having a set of models packaged in an xtp file it would be really useful if we could get to the position in which the model files in the runtime/pages folder are the definitive set. I have been leaving this to Tom as he has a better understanding of how svn's work than I do and I don't know what changes to files (if any) he may need to make. In the mean time I will continue to update the set of model and wizard files in the pageWizard section of the svn.
Kind regards

This might be bad news then, because I have always edited, templates/pageTemplates/models, because that has always been considered the number one source until very recently. It was my understanding that you were keeping your models in synch with these. I have never made any edits to the models in pageWizards/models, but I thought any changes to the files in templates/pageTemplates were reflected in your files.

I have been updating xerte svn\pageWizards\models
I have not been doing anything with xerte svn\templates\pageTemplates
I don't know anything about xerte2code\pageTemplates\models is that in the xerte svn?
Is there a separate set of model files in xerte2code\templates\pageTemplates\models that have been changed separate to the files in xerte svn\pageWizards\models ?
I have just updated both my xerte svn and toolkits svn and compared the model folders using winmerge and the models are identical save that the xerte svn has indexChanger.rlm and toolkits has translation.rlm and xerte.rlm
So this is correct as I understand things should be.

This is a question we need to nail down. AFAIK, the one source is the models folder in xerte svn\pageWizards\models, so these are the files we should be modifying / fixing and then copying to toolkits. Whether or not they contain all changes to the files in xerte2code\templates\pageTemplates\models I am not sure.

On that note I checked the XOT svn last night and there were no new files
but just in case I re-uploaded all the latest code to the test server
overwriting what was there with the exception of config.php and index.php.
I'll update some notes in the Google doc later but a few quick points:
deleting unused media not working
export not including language folder and files
I know the language functionality is still under development but just a note
that using either guest or moodle integration the language selection menu
doesn't show e.g. only shows on login page not when auto logged in. Perhaps
it should always be available?
Are all the latest rlm's from Xerte also in the XOT svn? Not sure they are.

Well you could do it on page title?

Cover LO while LO loads
move to startpage
uncover LO
