Media viewer should export if the media attribute is set on the LO tag. Fay can confirm this - we haven't used it yet, but it's to allow a global piece of media to be associated with a piece, as you could in media Interactions. The media opens in a separate window, and a global button pops the window open.

Actual question on the export code...
If jmol and/or mastraction is used, where do they have to end up in the
zip file?
Complete jmol tree and/or mapstraction in jmol cq. mapstraction folder?
Any others? mediaViewer? Or is that only used during authoring.
