I've finished the Xerte Translation tool (almost, we still need some 
options to retrieve the actual files, but they are generated correctly)

I've also included the translation of XOT.

It's a lot: 2344 sentences (non-unique) for the pages, and 455 for XOT.

The website can update the English objects from svn, so the English SVN 
is always the master. It will create the translated files based on the 
English files, replacing the translation from the database. It will also 
update the page templates and create all the necessary zip files for 
end-users to load the templates in a Xerte or a XOT installation.

By the way Pat, there is a duplicat key in the 
websitecode/php/management/site.inc  file (MANAGEMENT_SITE_ERROR_EMAIL 
is used twice for different things)
