[Xerte-dev] Changing the menu on title page of Xerte

Hi,

I am working on cutomizing Xerte and I need to change the look of title
page of Xerte. I want to put a logo and add some space on the top of page.
Any help or pointers on this would be very helpful. Just to mention I am
new to Xerte.
