[Xerte-dev] Language form option in XOT

I am now doing some initial testing in XOT and have noticed that the
feature implemented in Xerte xwd forms for advanced and language check
boxes, appears not to be implemented in XOT. The divider line displays but
the language entries are on permanent display with no check box to show /
hide them.
