[Xerte-dev] Wizard Maximise Link

What's the reason for the maximise link at the top of the wiozard (I know there is one, just can't remember what it was - for resizing correctly on tablets or small sreens?)

If you click it, it seems to launch the publish process, also no way to minimise the window again.

Do we need this link?
