[Xerte-dev] Language updates to wizards (Tom please read :-)

I have updated a number of wizards to add the language attribute.

The following wizards (and possibly their models) will need Tom's attention
as they include language support for a phrase such as

Tom has a preferred way of implementing this and the following pages are
still using my original approach.
