[Xerte-dev] Re: offlist message with login details

Not really or at least not yet. I've set-up accounts for the usual suspects
on this particular list but at the moment not everyone subscribed because I
had to manually add first name & last names but I can add anyone who didn't
receive login details but that lets me know that they want to help test.
