[Syrphidae] Syrphids in Cote d'Ivoire

Hi all,
Does anyone know a hoverfly expert working in Cote d'Ivoire or 
neighboring countries?
Is there a key to African hoverflies available?
This is for a PhD student working on pollinators in market gardening 
areas in Cote d'Ivoire.
