Greetings everyone! The new Clem Insect Ecology Lab at Illinois State
University (Bloomington-Normal, IL) is recruiting MS/PhD students for
2025! We examine questions related to the ecology, conservation, and
biodiversity of beneficial insects, with an emphasis on syrphid flies
and other predators in agricultural systems. I am seeking highly
motivated, hard-working students with entomology experience and a
track-record of independent study. The accepted student(s) will
receive guaranteed support on teaching assistantships through the
School of Biological Sciences during Spring and Fall semesters. Check
out the Clem Lab website (https://c-scott-clem-entomology.me/), and
the ISU School of Biological Sciences website
(https://biology.illinoisstate.edu/) for more information. If you are
interested, please reach out to Dr. C. Scott Clem (csclem2 at ilstu.edu).

Sincerely,

C. Scott Clem, PhD
