A quick search on internet found that this obituary of Dirickx was 
published as :

I am currently preparing a publications on the Syrphidae collection held 
at Lyon, and Henri Dirickx identified most of the material collected by 
Jacques Hamon. I want to present evidence that Dirickx was knowledgable 
in Syrphidae. Now I have the evidence I need !
