[Syrphidae] Literature request Pestov & Dolgin 2006

Dear All,
Does somebody have a PDF of Pestov & Dolgin 2006 Syrphidae of NE Russia?
I think Jeroen placed it on the Google Doc for IUCN, but it's not complete, there are two pages missing in the middle.
So part of the species list is not there...…
