Munich*, exploring how recommender systems - the algorithms behind
platforms like Netflix, Spotify and social media - shape our digital
experiences, and why we need to rethink them beyond clicks, engagement and
revenue.


This session will explore recommender systems through the lens of fairness,
diversity of viewpoints, informed choice, and social good. A timely
discussion for anyone interested in AI, ethical data, digital platforms,
and the future of online information environments.
