Dear colleagues

The Met Office and the University of Exeter will host scientists, policy
makers and business leaders for vital talks assessing growing risks from
climate change – and action to address it.

Even as scientific evidence demonstrates increasing threats to lives and
livelihoods across the world, the global impetus for action is becoming
more fragile.

In the run up to COP30 in Brazil, the Exeter Climate Forum
<https://exeterclimateforum.com/> will give a strong voice to the
scientists whose work drives our understanding of the changing systems of
our planet. Details at https://exeterclimateforum.com

Held from June 30 to July 4, the forum’s events include the Exeter Climate
Conference <https://exeterclimateforum.com/exeter-climate-conference/>, the
second Global Tipping Points Conference
<https://global-tipping-points.org/conference-2025/>, meetings of global
universities and dedicated events for policymakers and business leaders.

Join us at the Exeter Climate Forum bringing together world-leading climate
researchers, businesses, policymakers and young people, to shape and engage
with the priorities for COP30 and beyond. Set in the stunning Devon
countryside, this week of activities are designed to connect and inspire
through bold ideas, discussion, and social events.

Best wishes
