Happy New Year of 2022 to all in the Reading Hall of Fame. I have enclosed a page from reading instructional materials from World War II with the fictional soldiers Private Pete and his sidekick Daffy who were helping soldiers learn to read in 1944. Reading teachers are always there where needed!!
