This is a very sad message to receive. I am picturing Jack with his big
smile and rosy cheeks chatting and laughing with Jim Flood, Nancy Roser and
me at every ILA(IRA) meeting. He never stopped caring about the direction
of ILA. Wherever his spirit is,  I can imagine he will be keeping one eye
on ILA.
