[Reading-hall-of-fame] bob slavin's passing

[Susan Neuman]

hi all...many of us were saddened to hear of bob slavin's passing.  he died
of a heart attack sometime last week.  i didn't know bob well, but i always
admired his work and incredible commitment to children. would love to hear
from those who might have known him well.
