[Reading-hall-of-fame] Sharing historical resource

I I am adding to the dialogue about Robert Ruddell They sharing the book that was so instrumental in my history and introducing formal way is thinking about language reading relationships in 1974. When I looked at this again I thought perhaps time is come to reread and extend Ruddell’s early work and that of others that I have on my bookshelf.  

Perhaps we should identify seminal work that influence start thinking and perhaps build a site so others can retrace these roots.  APA is kept us to the last five years or so unless they were seminal works. Perhaps we should rethink how to share those roots and routes in biographical Perspectives shared by senior scholars. We seem to be revisiting all frameworks and fighting over which ones work instead of looking at what we’ve learned over the years.

Just a thought that might be helpful And creating understandings rather than repeating the unfinished debates of the past.  It’s a father to a historian who became a reading language person.
