Hi David and my RHF colleagues,
Well, first happy birthday David. To you and all the others, since you all are reading people, it really helps to read the instructions. I have copied them below for you.
VOTE
Then, on Ballot A below, vote for five (5) living nominees by clicking on gray/beige area around their names. You cannot vote by clicking on the names themselves.
I will tell all of you my husband consistently points out how I, also being a reading person, never read the instructions and if I only would, it would save me a lot of work.
So, I do feel for all of you. But that’s why you need to read the instructions.
My best to all of you!
Jan

Jan,
I found the logistics of voting confusing because
WHEN I CLICKED ON A NAME, WHAT CAME UP WAS THE PERSON'S BIO. BUT I NEVER GOT ANY FEEDBACK TO TELL ME THAT I HAD ACTUALLY REALLY VOTED FOR THAT PERSON. I FELT MORE LIKE I WAS BROWSING THEIR BIOS?
I NEVER GOT A LIST THAT SAID, HERE IS THE BALLOT OF 5 INDIVIDUALS THAT YOU INDICATED YOU WANTED TO VOTE FOR. IF THIS LIST IS CORRECT, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR BALLOT.
I know I just turned 80, so maybe I am electorally challenged. But I truly found myself unsure if not confused.

Hi Reading Hall of Fame members,
This is just a reminder that Ballot A for induction into the Reading Hall of Fame ends on Saturday, July 3rd, USA time. The final ballot, Ballot B, will be sent out the following Monday, July 5th.
If you have not already voted, please follow the directions to vote for five (5) nominees. If you have voted, many thanks!
