[Reading-hall-of-fame] Re: Frank Smith

I am confident that like the renaissance of Huey's 1908 *Psychology and
Pedagogy of Reading* during the 70s and 80s, *Understanding Reading *will
serve as the basis of yet another important renaissance (and paradigm
shift) in the next 70s and 80s (hopefully sooner).
