[Reading-hall-of-fame] Ken Goodman

Friends in the Reading Hall of Fame: I was sorrowed  to learn that our
great colleague, Ken Goodman, has passed away. The world of reading was
fortunate to have included Ken, and his heart, mind, and soul will linger
on in our memories.  My heartfelt condolences to Yetta and her family.
