[Reading-hall-of-fame] How to write to the Reading Hall of Fame list (Maybe SAVE this message!)

Hi everyone
Jan’s recent message reminds us not to send RHoF nominations (or votes!) to the group Reading-Hall-of-Fame list. I hope we all follow her recommendation.
However, this might be a good time to remind you all about how the RHoF email list is set up.
* In order to keep us all sane, the system does NOT send a message to everyone on the mailing list if you hit the REPLY option.
* The only way to write to the list is to send a message to this address: reading-hall-of-fame at lists.nottingham.ac.uk.
* Please do not try to send a message to this list with lots of other addresses in the ‘To:’ box. The system will think your message is spam, and may ignore it.
* Please don’t include video, or a link to a video in your message. Again, the system won’t trust you or the content.
* However, as P. David’s recent (and wonderful) posting demonstrates, it is fine to include links to reports or documents in your message.
* Every year, I get emails from colleagues who have been unable to post a message to this list. Please consider saving this message to spare yourself future anxieties. Thank you.
Hope this is helpful.
Best regards.
And stay safe,
Colin
