[Reading-hall-of-fame] Re: RHF elections, 2019-2020

I don't think that the goals for increasing world-wide representation need
to be compromised by an effort to increase the overall election yield in
response to an increasingly qualified candidate pool. In fact, my
hypothetical example suggests a possible increase in the non-USA yield to 3
per year. This can be a both/and not an either/or effort.
On the other hand, the fact that there are only 2 non-USA nominees this
year should suggest to us that we ALL, regardless of where we live, need to
think globally in deciding who to nominate in a given year.
