I was just looking at the latest ILA post the membership.  They are
advertising an ILA chat for later in the week

featuring 3 commentators discussing the topic of What Research Says about
Phonics
I did not see anyone from the ILA Literacy Research Panel or, for that
matter, anyone whose name I have ever seen before.  The latter (am I or is
ILA out of touch?) may be my problem, but the former is surely ILA's
problem (no one from LRP).
