Dear Members of the Reading Hall of Fame,


We hope you are all off to a great start this semester!   My name is Saba
Khan Vlach, and I am working with Dr. Jim Hoffman to construct the Reading
Hall of Fame Newsletter for Fall 2017. * I am writing to you today with the
President's permission on behalf of Dr. Hoffman.*


We are seeking information from all members.  In order to obtain the
information we need for this newsletter, we ask that you please complete
this questionnaire (link below) with an update on your professional
activity (e.g., publications, presentations, current research interests).
You might also use this opportunity to update our members on your activity
related to recreation, travel, hobbies and personal lives (grandchildren
count!).


Please respond as an ongoing bio, in 3rd person, with a total word limit of
250 words.

Please respond to the questionnaire by October 25th, 2017.
