OK scouts it's this way.


Your RHF does not have the historical archives as held by most of the literacy organizations...a paper archives that will out last all of us. 


Hence, have I got a deal for you...  I am willing to take off your hands your old RHF materials that are simply gathering dust in the old file cabinet in your basement next to the file of your tenure documents (you know you kept them).


Just get one of those USPS one price mailers and stuff it with anything RHF. No...you do not have to scan anything. We desperately need old programs from the breakfasts, lists of officers across the years, state incorporation papers, PR materials, tax records, photos from RHF functions, proposals submitted to IRA/ILA for the cosponsored sessions, other legal documents, minutes of meetings, banking records, old newsletters, etc. (The materials on the www site are really quite incomplete from an archival perspective.)


Some of the documents we need are for current legal purposes and others are needed so that we can move forward with the historical section of your RHF www page.
