I strongly support the move to LRA. I consider it a more appropriate organization for all HoF members than ILA because of its consistent demand for theoretical underpinnings and carefully reasoned scholarship as they apply to important issues that impact literacy education. That's a good environment for every serious literacy educator.  I also think it's a more compatible home for HoF members, whatever our fields of expertise.
