Bill,
My understanding is that there would be other concurrent sessions going on Saturday mornings at LRA and the RHF wouldn’t be the only game in town…

I’m a bit surprised by this. Seems it would take away from attendance at Saturday sessions. Any thought about potential impact on RHoF for Saturday?

Greetings LRA Writers -
We are pleased to announce that the Living the Writerly Life in Academia study group will again be part of the upcoming LRA Annual Meeting. As the conference approaches, we’ll be sharing details with you about our agenda for the week and the fabulous LRA members who will be “guest speakers” coming to share with us about how they live the writerly life in academia.
As you think about booking your travel arrangements, we wanted to let you know about a new component we’re implementing for the 2017 study group - a Saturday Writing Retreat. Intended to capitalize on the momentum and energy with which the LRA conference, and the study group in particular, infuse, we’re organizing an afternoon of shared writing time followed by a chance to celebrate our writing community by enjoying one last meal together in Tampa. So, if your schedule allows, please plan to stick around and join us for some shared writing on Saturday after the conference concludes.
Your Study Group Organizers,
Jayne Lammers (jlammers at warner.rochester.edu<mailto:jlammers at warner.rochester.edu>),
Jackie Popp (popp at lakeforest.edu<mailto:popp at lakeforest.edu>),
& Selena Protacio (selena.protacio at wmich.edu<mailto:selena.protacio at wmich.edu>)
