It becomes increasingly clear that Naomi has not only provided a great
individual service to many of us individually by bringing our research and
theoretical work to prestigeful, highly professional publication but she
has been a major catalyst in the promotion of research in our field.
Yetta and I owe her so much for what she has done for our publication. I
will be very pleased to place her name in nomination for membership in the
Reading Hall of Fame. And we would make every effort to be present at an
event honoring her. New York would
certainly be convenient for her family , friends and colleagues to be
present.
