[Reading-hall-of-fame] Re: honor for heather Bell

I thought I had Heather's address because she and I have corresponded
within the last two years via e-mail but I cannot find it.  I wonder of Tom
Nicholson or Stuart McNaughton, both from NZ, will have it.
