[Reading-hall-of-fame] Election of President-Elect for RHoF

Dear Members:  According to the by-laws, it is time to elect a President-elect who will take office in July 2016 and work with me, as current President,  until July 2017.  At that time, the President-elect will assume the office of President.

Our procedure calls for individual members of the Reading Hall of Fame to nominate one member who "in his/her opinion, would be qualified to serve as President-elect.  Those who have served are not eligible for nomination."    I will then submit to membership the names of two individuals having the highest number of nominations (and who have indicated a willingness to serve).  (From Bylaws).
