Hi 

Another SIG that focuses on related areas is:

The language and social processes sig.  Celia Genishi, David Bloome, Doug Baker, and I among other reading/literacy researchers have been Chair and continue to support this dynamic community.  It is one of the oldest SIG’s— more than 3 decades.
