[Reading-hall-of-fame] Re: ILA non-election

Dear Ken, I share your views, it makes no sense voting for the VP - and as
an "international" I am very much concerned about some other issues:
-That there are no international candidates.
-There is no world congress.
-There are no minutes posted.
-The  delegates assembly has been abolished and by-laws can be changed by
the Board. The delegates assembly used to be a forum of lively debate for
those of you who have attanded one.
In the next weeks there will be a meeting with ILA Board members in
Frankfort/Germany  with IDCC members - and hopefully we will find a
solution to make the "I" visible.
