It doesn't seem to work yet: there's no 'Farstrup Memorial Scholarship in Literacy Education' on the website.  Maybe in a week or two.

My guess is that it is possible to go onto the UofM website and use a credit card or paypal to make your contribution.  I am a UofM alum and I make my annual contribution every year on Dec 31 with a credit card.

I think that checks can be sent now using the notation I shared earlier. Adam did not say anything about waiting until later.  Here is what I got from Adam, based on what the folks at Minnesota told him.

Be sure the name of the scholarship is noted in the memo line if the check is not made out to the fund, so the gift is directed to the right place.
