Alan was always a gentlemanŠ slow to anger, understanding and accepting to
faultŠ and devoted to his family (and it with them that my thoughts are
now). A real loss.

I knew Alan during his time with IRA. He was always so ready to support us
down under and would take time at busy conference to talk to us. A gentle
caring person. We will miss him. So sad.
