How are you both?
You know, on that trip last year, when I couldn't come to you, I landed up
with a slipped disc and we had to come home early, and I had a back
operation after weeks of horrible pain...

Anyway, back on my feet again, and sending you a link to an interview I did

inspiring so much we try to do here!
