Process for Election of New members for Upcoming Year

A motion was made to discuss, at the next annual meeting, our process of determining the pattern of new members. Currently, at each annual meeting, we determine the pattern for the upcoming year. The motion stated that we should consider the determination of a set pattern to be followed every year. The motion was approved.
