Dear Hall of Fame Member:

It’s time for you to nominate new members to the Reading Hall of Fame.  At our April 2013 breakfast meeting in San Antonio we decided to elect seven members (at least three of which must be International) to the Reading Hall of Fame this year.  The deadline for nominations is Thursday, November 20, 2013.  This deadline will allow us to complete the primary and final balloting in time to notify those elected so they may make arrangements to attend the IRA convention and the Reading Hall of Fame meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Your nominations must be emailed to me by Thursday, November 20, 2013 at: jh5re at virginia.edu.   

The current Reading Hall of Fame membership list is attached. The minutes of the April 2013 meeting are also attached.

For those of you who are accustomed to the former nomination process, we have changed it in order to alleviate our expectations of the volunteerism IRA provides to support the Reading Hall of Fame.
