[Reading-hall-of-fame] For authors in Changing Literacies for Changing Times

To authors of chapters in *Changing Literacies for Changing Times*

When *Changing Literacies for Changing Times* was published and 
available to the public, I began to receive comments from authors who 
have articles in the book that they got a copy of the book.
Since then, I have heard from a number of authors that they have not 
received a copy.
Each author should have received a copy.
If you have not received a copy and should have, please let me know and 
I will pass the information on to the publishers.  Provide me with a 
good snail mail address for mailing.
A few books didn't get to their destinations because of problems with a 
snail mail address.  If you are an author of a chapter with others who 
are not RHF members please ask them if they got a copy of the book.  
Every author should have received one.
The book has received a very positive review and the sales are going well.
