[Reading-hall-of-fame] Reading-Hall of Fame - IRA changes

I seem to find myself asking - "What is the Problem?"  "Does anyone know
the nature of the problem?" "Why are these proposals being made relative
to the IRA and the Reading Hall of Fame?"  If there is some logical basis
for proposing changes then why not share his information with the RHF
members?  What is the "big secret."  Until there is some basis for the
changes and concerns I would suggest that we not change anything. I agree
with Roger and Dick.
